Thanks for visiting my website! I’m excited to open up my world to you and share my best (and worst) experiences as a mum, but also share ideas and inspiration for you to pick from that can work in your life too!

My name is Mette, I’m the mother of two amazing kids. Both of them were born in Denmark, but when my son was just over a year we left Denmark and moved to Australia. This was in 2018.

This blog is about motherhood, life with kids and not least keeping my own identity as I’ve morphed into another identity of being a Mum.

My biggest fear in life has always been to lose my courage. Lose my courage to live life to the fullest, to continuously seek new experiences, to break habits, and to travel. As I’ve had children it has been important to me to also not lose my identity as myself. Being a mum is so many things, but it should also be about being true to one self.
